Responsibilities

• To operate the till in line with brand till operation & cash handling procedures
• To take an active role in the development of other team members by sharing experiences and assisting in their training.
• Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges within company guidelines / planograms, rotating stock to ensure compliance with company health & safety guidelines
• To deliver the perfect cup of coffee to every customer in line with Brand Standards.

Qualifications

• 18 or above
• High school degree or above
• Good communication skills and team spirits
• Ambition to work for service industry
• Adaptation to fast working rhythm and shifting system
• Work under pressure
• Basic command of oral English is a plus
