Responsibilities

  • To lead shift when required to do so, opening and closing the store to the standard required by Costa.
  • To train and support all Baristas’ in delivering the unbeatable coffee experience to all our customers.
  • To ensure that all coffee equipment is in good working order, report any faults to store manager and being aware of maintenance schedules
  • Support on-Job experiences in store, ensuring prospective team members understand the importance of Coffee excellence and brand standards, as well as observing their behavior to ensure that it fits in with the Costa way

 

Qualifications

  • College degree or above
  • Honesty, passion and sense of responsibility
  • 1 year or above managing experience in related industry
  • Good communication skills and team spirits
  • Ability of planning, organizing, executing, and developing operation goals
  • Good sense of finance, good thinker with constructive ideas
  • Work under pressure
  • Good command of oral English
