Responsibilities

• To lead shift when required to do so, opening and closing the store to the standard required by Costa.
• Store on-site personnel management, order and duty rostar, cost control, equipment maintenance and other operating systems management
   

Qualifications

• College degree or above
• Good communication skills and team spirits
• Ambition to work for service industry, and potential in management
• Adaptation to fast working rhythm and shifting system
• Work under pressure
• Good command of basic oral English is a plus
